Namaste Spray, the Yoga Experience

Updated: May 8, 2020

As all of my fellow yogi's may know, the word 'namaste' is used during yoga as a salutations in honoring each others souls and light within ourselves and others. Yoga is a wonderful practice for both the body and mind and to get the full effect of its teachings, it's always nice to set the scene during practice. Maybe you start by smudging some sage, diffusing essential oils, lighting a candle, getting your mat, holster or whatever else set into place. Freshening your yoga mat is a great way to honor your mat and help make it feel like your safe place.

Before or after practice, simply give the yoga mat freshener a shake, spray down your mat and wipe it down with a clean cloth or towel. You could even give the air around you a spray, too! This spray is really great to throw in your yoga bag as well if you are going to a studio that provides mats for you to use. It will clean away any debris that may be there from prior use and help make the mat feel like your own. For a deeper clean, simply dampen your cloth with a little water before wiping down the mat.

Our Namaste Spray has a beautiful fragrance of eucalyptus, lavender and tea tree essential oils to help you feel relaxed and focused during yoga, or any mat practice. The 2oz spray sells for $9.00 a bottle. The aroma of essential oils and having a fresh mat really enhances the experience of yoga and we are excited to be a part of that journey with you! Namaste.
